These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dentistcost.co.uk ("the Site"), operated by MULTILIGO REKLAM BILISIM PAZARLAMA VE DANISMANLIK LIMITED SIRKETI trading as Dentist Cost UK. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. The Site is information only

Dentist Cost UK is an independent consumer price guide. The Site does not provide dental treatment, does not book appointments, and is not a dental practice. All content is for general information and does not constitute clinical, medical, legal or financial advice. Always consult a GDC-registered dentist for clinical decisions and a qualified professional for legal or financial decisions.

3. Accuracy of pricing information

NHS charges quoted on the Site are taken from official sources (NHS England, NHS Wales, NHS Inform Scotland, nidirect) and are correct to the best of our knowledge as of the "Last updated" date shown on each page. Private fee ranges are surveys of typical UK market prices and do not represent quotes for any specific patient or practice. Actual prices may vary. Always obtain a written treatment plan and itemised quote from your dentist before agreeing to treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any reliance you place on pricing information presented on the Site.

4. Affiliation, advertising and sponsorship

We are not affiliated with the NHS, any UK dental insurer, or any individual dental clinic, and nothing on the Site is a recommendation of any particular provider.

The Site does carry paid advertising. Any advertisement, including the sponsored placement shown at the foot of most pages, is labelled "Sponsored" and is kept separate from our editorial content. Advertisers pay for the placement only: they do not see our content before publication and cannot influence the prices we publish. We do not accept payment to name, rank or recommend a dental practice in our editorial pages, and we take no affiliate commission or referral fee from UK dental practices, insurers or finance providers. If you contact an advertiser through the Site, you deal with that advertiser directly. We are not a party to any arrangement between you and them, we do not verify their clinical credentials or regulatory status, and we accept no liability for the treatment, quotations or services they provide. Treatment carried out outside the United Kingdom is not regulated by the General Dental Council and UK complaint and redress routes may not be available to you.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and the Site's look and feel — is the property of MULTILIGO REKLAM BILISIM PAZARLAMA VE DANISMANLIK LIMITED SIRKETI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may:

  • View pages on screen for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Print or download single copies for personal reference.
  • Share short quotations of fewer than 200 words with a link back to the source page on dentistcost.co.uk.

Some pages link to third-party websites (NHS, NHSBSA, gov.scot, nidirect, dental insurance providers, and others). We provide these links as a convenience. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MULTILIGO REKLAM BILISIM PAZARLAMA VE DANISMANLIK LIMITED SIRKETI excludes all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
