Why people travel to Antalya for dental work
Cost is the reason almost everyone gives. A single dental implant in the UK typically runs to £2,000–£2,500 once the crown is included, and All-on-4 for one arch commonly lands between £7,000 and £13,000. Turkish clinics routinely quote a fraction of those figures, and Antalya in particular has built an industry around treating overseas patients, usually bundling hotel nights and airport transfers into the package.

Add flights, accommodation for each trip, time off work and the cost of any remedial treatment back home before you decide whether a quote is genuinely cheaper.
What to ask before you pay anything
The questions below apply to any clinic abroad, including the one advertising here. A clinic that answers all five clearly and in writing is giving you what you need to make a decision.
- Who is actually treating you?
- Ask for the treating dentist’s name and their registration number with the Turkish Ministry of Health. Get it in writing before you pay a deposit.
- What exactly is in the price?
- A quote should itemise implants, abutments, crowns, any bone graft or sinus lift, sedation, x-rays and the number of visits. "Full mouth from £X" is not a quote.
- Which implant or crown brand?
- Ask for the manufacturer and model. It matters later: a UK dentist servicing or replacing the work needs matching components.
- What happens if something goes wrong at home?
- Get the guarantee in writing, and check who honours it in the UK. Remedial work on failed treatment is usually not covered by the original price.
- How many trips does it take?
- Implants normally need a healing period between placement and the final crown — often two trips several months apart. Be sceptical of single-visit full-mouth implant promises.
